“Mindful Hiking in Fall” on Sunday, October 25, 2026, 9:30 a.m. Circular hike: Wassenacher Wald – Lydiaturm – View of Lake Laach On this guided hike, we’ll combine simple yoga exercises with meditative reflections, breathing exercises, and quiet moments of mindfulness. Step by step, we’ll step away from the fast pace of everyday life and immerse ourselves in the natural rhythm of the outdoors. In the process, we’ll sharpen our senses, feel the ground beneath our feet, hear the wind in the trees, and discover nature as a mirror of our inner experience.

This mindfulness hike through the stunning natural landscape of the legendary Laacher See volcanic region invites you to enjoy a wonderful experience of nature.
The loop hike (approx. 6 km, 150 m elevation gain) starts at the Waldfrieden Laacher See parking lot and takes us through the colorful autumn forest along forest roads and narrow trails to a hilltop, where we can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Our return route takes us past the Lydiaturm. From up here, we’ll be treated to a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Laacher See.
To warm up, we’ll take a short tea break with pastries. Feel free to bring your own drinks.
Everyone—regardless of age—is warmly welcome. Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended.

Meeting point: The hike starts and ends at the Waldfrieden Laacher See parking lot (detailed directions or a link will be sent upon registration) at 9:30 a.m.; we’ll return around 12:45 p.m.

The participation fee is 20 euros for adults, to be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash on site.
