It is located on the upper floor of a detached house with an unobstructed view of the Korretsberg and the surrounding countryside. The apartment has a light-flooded living room, a modern spacious kitchen with dining area, a hallway, two double bedrooms and a beautiful daylight bathroom to make you feel at home. Underfloor heating and electric shutters are available. A washing machine and dryer are also available for guests. There is a seating area for smokers in front of the house and a small terrace in the adjoining garden. There is a beautiful rose garden with a fish pond around the house. The village of Kruft belongs to the Pellenz municipality. It is located in the Eastern Eifel, one of the youngest volcanic regions in the world, in the triangle between the Rhine, Moselle and the "Laacher See" nature reserve. There are numerous places of interest in the immediate vicinity, and the "Traumpfade" trails are also ideal for hiking. The vacation apartment is located in a quiet side street on the outskirts of the village. Hiking trails are directly behind the house. There are numerous shopping facilities in the village, as well as doctors and a pharmacy, which are just a few minutes' walk away. In summer, the beautiful "Krufter Waldsee" invites you to swim and relax.

In the sun-drenched Brohltal valley, above the stretch of the Vulkanexpress and with a beautiful view of the hamlet of Weiler von Burgbrohl, our spacious, separately accessible holiday home is situated on a beautiful south-facing slope. High quality and comfortably furnished, it provides our guests with an atmosphere of well-being. Our house is the ideal starting point for discovery tours of all kinds: The geopaths and dream paths of the volcano park stand for first-class hiking experiences. Maria Laach, Laacher See, the nearby Nürburgring, Rhine, Ahr and Mosel offer many other popular and culturally challenging destinations.

The house (75 sqm) has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms with double beds are non-smoking rooms. The living room is equipped with TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and pull-out bed in the sofa set. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers space for 6 people. There is a parking space in the inner courtyard. The garden can be used by guests. The entire property is fenced and there are sun loungers in the garden. The vacation home is child-friendly. A travel cot for small children can be provided on request. A high chair is not available.In the utility room you will find another toilet, washing machine and dryer, in the courtyard two terraces with barbecue area and garden furniture. Important additional information: The upper bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom.
