On the one hand to attend a solemn church service, on the other hand just to pray in silence or to remember loved ones in the candle chapel.

If you would like to find out more about the specially designed and decorated Romanesque pillar basilica and its history and stories, we warmly recommend the lecture on July 1, 2026 at 6 p.m. in the Wappensaal of the Niederzissen town hall.

Walter Müller, a volunteer monastery guide since 2008, offers visitors background information, interesting facts and little-known facts in "entertaining words" and appealing pictures on this evening.
