Enjoy modern Qigong and tranquility at the Maria Laach Monastery. Wellness trips in a monastery setting offer so much more: mindfulness, places of stillness and relaxation – islands of retreat – time for yourself!

Qigong Seminar Days
Enjoy modern Qigong in the historical monastery setting to reconnect with yourself.
In this seminar, you will mindfully find your way to a restful inner calm – with gentle, soft, and flowing Qigong exercises combined with deep breathing and meditation techniques. The Qigong exercises are from the sphere of stillness, movement, and spontaneous forms; they are slow, soft, and flowing without awkward postures.
In nice weather, Qigong sessions can also take place in the monastery garden. Additionally, you will have time for yourself to read, relax, and take walks.

290,- € seminar fees
15,- € hiking guide fee
30,- € conference room flat rate
188,- € board and lodging at the Maria Laach Abbey per person (as of 2026)

Important Notes *The costs for board and lodging amount to 188,- € in a single room (2 × 94,- € per person per day) and 392,- € in a double room (2 × 196,- € for two persons per day), these will be charged to you at the guest wing of the Maria Laach Abbey and are to be paid directly to them. 

This Qigong compact prevention course in accordance with § 20 SGB V Prevention is subsidized by the statutory health insurances with at least 75,- € and up to 100 % and is recognized as spiritual exercises.
