The 1 1/2-hour tour starts at the meeting point in the parking lot of the Roman mine (Nickenicher Straße). From here, participants walk together with a tour guide to the Roman mine, which is illuminated with numerous oil lamps, candles and fire baskets.

Torchlight tours: Participants can expect a guided tour through the covered tunnel system and the Ancient Technology World in the outdoor area. In the outdoor area, it is possible to obtain your own torch (included in the price and provided on site).

Torchlight tours: Especially for children and families, the torchlight tour is an alternative to the torchlight tour, where children have the opportunity to actively participate in the tour. Equipped with their own flashlights (or, on the first date, with their own Martin's lantern), the children experience an age-appropriate guided tour through the covered Roman tunnel system and the ancient world of technology in the outdoor area (flashlights are NOT provided, please bring spare batteries if necessary).
