For a quarter of a century, the Künnisfeld dialect evening has been bringing people together to express their attachment to their homeland through dialect. What began as a small event has developed into a cherished tradition that is deeply rooted in the region and attracts numerous visitors every year. The 25th anniversary provides an opportunity to look back at the roots and significance of dialect as a cultural heritage. The evening will not only be a showcase for the diversity of dialect, but also a tribute to the past years and all those who have shaped the evening with their performances. Visitors can expect a varied program created by regional artists who will present the dialect in all its facets with wit and charm. Open guided tours in the Ancient Technology World at the Meurin Roman Mine, Kretz During the guided tours in the Ancient Technology World, which is located in the outdoor area of the Meurin Roman Mine, the numerous workshops and reconstructed ancient machines, such as the crane system and marble saw, are explored together with a tour guide and some are put into operation. Visitors can try out selected stations themselves under supervision.
