In our restaurant we spoil you with culinary and seasonal delights. Our young kitchen team conjures up all dishes at the highest level. Fine wines from all over the world as well as our extensive drinks menu make your visit with us a special event. Another highlight is the wine tasting in our centuries-old vaulted cellar.

In the summer months we enchant you in our fairytale beer garden.

Depending on the season and the weather, we welcome you in our restaurant, beer garden or castle tavern.

Benedictine hospitality is our model and our standard; sustainability in everything we do is a mission we are happy to fulfil and actively live by. We get our fish from the monastery fishery - directly from Lake Laach. We also get the beef and pork we offer from the organic Maria Laach monastery estate. Only in Tausend93 do you dine from tableware exclusively made in the Benedictine Abbey's ceramic manufactory. Hand-painted fine earthenware follows the Bauhaus idea, which is omnipresent in the Maria Laach monastery: Simple. Functional. Beautiful. Of course, the Tausend93 is also available for your celebration, wedding, event or conference. Just get in touch with us.

Lobbybar im Seehotel Maria Laach

The lobby bar at the Seehotel Maria Laach is modern, spacious, bright and tidy - a place to feel good and to linger. Through the large panoramic windows, you have a view of the terrace and the unique nature of Lake Laach. A select range of fine wines will delight wine lovers, and for friends of a cultivated beer there is the Laacher Klosterbier. The recipe for this was developed in an extensive tasting together with the Laacher monks. Here you can enjoy drinks and small culinary delights in an atmospheric ambience. When the weather is nice, the terrace is open.
