We provide our customers an honest offer from the region. You will find a wide range of organic products in our 200 square meter, organic farm shop.
In addition to organic beef, veal and pork, sausage products, soup chickens, wild game from the monastery’s own hunt, fish from the Laacher See, organic eggs, bread, pasta, canned sausage and ready-made meals from our own animal husbandry, we supplement our range with products from our regional partners and various wholesalers. The extensive bread counter and over 80 types of cheese also make up a large variety of organic foods.
